How to make Sweet Carrot
 
1)Cook the carrots very well.

2)Grind them together with milk & sugar.

3)When it boils lightly, add cardamom.

4)Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add that too to the carrots.

5)Allow it to cool.

6)Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

:- Serve chilled.
