How to make Paana - Green Mango Juice
 
1. Boil the raw green mangoes till they are soft and tender. 2. Peel these boiled mangoes and remove all the flesh(mango) in a bowl. Remove the seed inside. 3. Now blend this mangoes with little water and sugar. And get the juice consistancy. If u want the thick juice add less water. 4. Now this juice can be boiled. this step is optional. 5. Add pinch of salt ,cardomon powder, chironji and dry coconut to this juice. 6. Refregirated this juice and or without refrigeration also its good to have.

How to make Coriander-Coconut Milk Shake
 
Step 1: Shred the coconut (in food processor) and coriander leaves(using knives). step 2: Extract the coconut milk: Put the shreded coconut in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coconut milk using the filter. The coconut milk will be white in color. Step 3: Repeat Step 2 till all the milk is extracted from shreded coconut. Step 4: Extract coriander Juice: Put the shreded coriander leaves in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coriander juice using the filter. The coriander juice will be dark green in color. Step 5: Dissolve the jaggery in little water to get jaggery syrup. Step 6: Manually mix one glass of coconut milk with quarter glass of coriander juice and add jaggery syrup to taste to get light green coriander-coconut milk shake. If needed pinch of cardamom powder can be added to the milk shake to enhance the flavor. Ice cubes can also be added to the milk shake to get the cooling effect.

How to make STRAWBERRY ICE-CREAM
 
Heat milk in a pot. Mix corn flour in 1-cup cold milk. When the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and add cold milk. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove, when cools add condensed milk, butter, extract, cream and color. Churn the mixture. Put the milk in the airtight container. Keep in a deep freezer. How to make Apple Soda Punch
1)Cook the chopped apples in 1 cup of water along with cinnamon, covered with lid.

2)Once it boils, simmer in low heat for around 15 mins.

3)Remove from fire, strain and squeeze the apple pieces to get out the maximum juice.

4)Discard the dry Kothu or pulp and cinnamon stick if any.

5)While the juice is still warm, add and mix the sugar and stir until completely mixed.

:- If needed, heat it up to melt sugar.

6)When sugar has been completely incorporated, add salt and chill the juice.

1)Steep instant espresso in boiling water and cool to room temperature.

2)Mix it with egg yolks and sugar and set in the top of a double boiler.

3)Beat with an electric beater, until mixture is thick and fluffy.

How to make Mango Jelly
  1. Keep mangoes in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. To this, add sugar and heat in a pan until the sugar dissolves. Now add cream, dissolved gelatin and cool it.
  3. In a small vessel, add 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, lemon juice and dissolve them.
  4. Take a jelly mould, keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes, remove and apply the lemon juice mixture to the mould and keep it again in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the jelly mould from the refrigerator, place the mango pieces at the bottom. Above this, pour the mango juice and chill it for 30 minutes.

  1. Make coarse powder of pista
  2. Mix sugar in curds till well dissolved.
