How to make Chicken Masala | ||
Wash the chicken and cut into pieces. Fry the bengalgram dal, coriander seeds, anise, red chillies,cardamoms,blackpepeer, almonds, grated coconut and argemone a little. Grind it to make a fine paste. Chop the onion and garlic buds. Put half of the oil in a pan and fry the chickens and keep it aside. Heat the rest oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in it. Add the other spices paste to it and fry a little. Put the chickens in it. Put the curd. Add salt to it and cover with lid. Lower the flames. Put the rosewater when it is fully cooked and remove from flame. |
