| How to make TAMARIND SAUCE | ||
| 1.Mix the tamarind juice with the jaggery and the spice powders adding salt to taste. 2.Add the chopped dates. Bring to the boil - reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes. 3.Allow to cool and mash nicely to a puree. | ||
