How to make Coriander-Coconut Milk Shake | ||
Step 1: Shred the coconut (in food processor) and coriander leaves(using knives). step 2: Extract the coconut milk: Put the shreded coconut in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coconut milk using the filter. The coconut milk will be white in color. Step 3: Repeat Step 2 till all the milk is extracted from shreded coconut. Step 4: Extract coriander Juice: Put the shreded coriander leaves in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coriander juice using the filter. The coriander juice will be dark green in color. Step 5: Dissolve the jaggery in little water to get jaggery syrup. Step 6: Manually mix one glass of coconut milk with quarter glass of coriander juice and add jaggery syrup to taste to get light green coriander-coconut milk shake.
